TO ALL NEW FOREX TRADERS, (WHY NEED TO CHOOSE FOREX MARKET?)
Thursday, December 10, 2009If you're just starting out, there's no market better suited to beginners than the Forex.
"Why's that," you ask?
Well, you don't need a $50,000.00 trade account to start off AND with the ability to trade 24-hours a day, it makes it incredibly convenient for those with a busy schedule. Based on those two factors alone, Forex is a natural choice for those just delving into the investment area.
But here's the kicker, just BECAUSE you can trade with lower capital and you can trade 24-hours a day... it doesn't you should. And in fact, you shouldn't.
Under-capitalization is a big deal. Don't assume that since your Forex broker will "let you" trade the max, it's okay or that it's safe. Your broker (and our brokers, for that matter) make money regardless - whether you win or lose, it's all the same to them. Our best advice is for you to look out for "Number 1" (aka: take responsibility for your hard-earned money).
And secondly, just because a market is open for 24-hours, doesn't mean that all 24 hours are prime trading times. It's imperative that you select the most ideal trading sessions to maximize your odds of winning. And don't get us started on trading 8 hours consecutively... it's not a marathon or a competition! Traders take note: trade with goal in mind - your sanity (and probably your spouse!) will thank you for it.
So now we're sure that you're wondering HOW to find out if you're properly capitalized and when the best times to trade are in order to take advantage of the exciting and potentially very lucrative Forex markets.
